Volvo XC60 premiers at the International Car Show at Geneva, on 4 March 2008. The first cars are scheduled to reach dealers across Europe in the Autumn of 2008. The car will be available in early 2009. The XC60 will fit in Volvo’s current SUV line-up nicely, rounding out the current XC70 and XC90 line-up. In typical Volvo style, One of the car’s unique features is City Safety Technology. This automatic braking system can apply the Volvo’s brakes to maintain a safe distance between it and the vehicle ahead on the road, to the point to bringing the Volvo to a full stop if needed.
